The current "Normal" style of the soft ball skin is a collaboration with the factory and is handmade. This allows for a relatively fast shipping speed. The shipping location is in Hangzhou, China.

• Orders placed in the morning will be shipped the same day.
• Orders placed in the afternoon will be shipped the next day.
• Hangzhou to International Logistics (2 days)
• Processing at the International Logistics Warehouse (1 day)
• International Logistics Warehouse to U.S. Customs (2-3 days)
• U.S. Customs to your hands (2-3 days)

Preorder:

Preorders are for versions handcrafted by the founder. Production requires 5-7 days of customization time.

For preorder orders:

• Orders placed in the morning will be shipped 5-7 days later.
• After that, they will be shipped from Hangzhou to your hands.

Estimated delivery time for preorder orders is around 15 days.

Excluding force majeure factors such as flight delays, strikes, customs inspections, etc.
